Also, if you have a business license, you do not get charged tax by a distributor for the items unless you live in their state.

no, but you do have to report the sale and pay sales tax on what you've sold.
If, on the other hand, you purchased it from Newegg, then the sales tax has already been "paid" (regardless if newegg charged it or not, because you're buying it retail and newegg reports and pays the sales tax), and it does not need to be paid a second time.

You only have to collect and pay sales tax for states with which your business is licensed in. For me, I only have to collect sales tax for Indiana sales. All others are tax free.
