Nice build, at very affordable price. If you are serious about your editing then this would be a great build. Also note that an i7 build will last you alot longer then any 775 rig will, you wont see much mroe of them anymore especially when i5 is out.
 
Would an overclocked core 2 duo (4ghz) and 8gb of mem cut it? Would it be close or should we stick with Quad Cores or better?
