Its hard because you havent posted links, or prices and a buget, but here goes. I have tryed to keep costs down.

I would replace that ram with this:

Newegg.com - G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Replace that motherboard with either of these:

Newegg.com - ASUS P6T LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards
Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TPOWER X58A LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Everything else seems good, but without prices its hard to say if you can get better deals or now.

As much of the bad experiences iv'e had with my old EVGA board, i would recommend this also. All i hear is great things about this board, i just hope they used better quality capacitors and such then the older 680i/780i/90i boards which all had mofset squeals and the 680i had bad FSB "holes". But all in all evga is a great brand and problems can usually easy be sorted with them.

Alot of the problems were caused by the nvidia chipset. I have had no problems with this x58 though. It is a great overclocker and very easy to work with. I had a 680i and a 780i and I had lots of problems with both of them but now I am a very happy camper :)
