upgrade the dell inspire 518

anyways i buy this dell inspire 518 maybe 2 weeks ago and it only comes with low-end radeon.

i wish to play games like world of warcraft and i want to upgrade video card so i buy 9800 gt however when i plug in i get red LED? light, i do some research and my power supply is only 350 i think and i want to buy this one Ultra LSP650 650-Watt Power Supply - ATX, SATA-Ready, SLI-Ready, 135mm Fan in Canada at TigerDirect.ca

this will work in my set up?

yes it will work. it's an ATX PSU. 90% of the psu's you find on sites like newegg or tigerdirect are all ATX. doesn't matter if it's a different psu, 90% of the time it will be ATX so it'll work. Use the search feature next time to see if you're question has already been asked/answer.
