Formatting drives

So I am preparing to wipe my two raptors and put them back in RAID 0 but I'm not sure the best way to format my drives. There is probably a really simple answer to this but when I first did this, I was starting from scratch

Now i feel like an idiot because i cant remember how to put my drives in raid. I dont have the disk with the raid drivers on it either. Is it possible to do it without that disk?

Would have to download the RAID drivers if you don't have the disc.

I've never done RAID, so I can't help you on that one, sorry.
