Bluetooth Hardware help

hi guys

bought two bluetooth devices today and cannot get them installed onto my machine, from the reviews i read aboput them it was a matter of plugging them in and they worked.

I have XP SP3 have tried the disc with it but its a demo and has limitations but as far as i read the XP drivers make have no limitations, any help on how i can install XP drivers please
