I7 build, 1000$-1500$ help

After 4 years on a lap top and a new asus EEEPC, I'm looking to build a gaming machine with an I7 920 and hopefully at least gtx 260. Also will be looking to purchase a lcd monitor. Any advice on a a build, in particular, the mobo, case and cooling system, I will be looking to overclock some. I haven't built a computer for a few years so any advice is much appreciated. Does the $1500 include the monitor?

preferably with the LCD, although I can always pick up a junk monitor and upgrade later. Lowest price i've gotten is right about 1400$ w/ the monitor. I'm just looking at my options.

Total comes out to 1,372ish, altogether 1500 with taxes (blasted california).

A buddy of mine recommended the case as super quiet (I'll be running it 24/7 with some servers) and good cooling, but if any of you guys have another option, please let me know.

the antec twelve hundred is a great case and every fan on it is controlled by it's own fan controller.

That PSU is way overkill. Get this one instead. It will be plenty for your system.

cool, do I need to worry about cooling for the cpu if i plan on doing some overclocking?

Definitely, you can expect to get around 3-3.2 on stock cooling at decent temps but I strongly recommend an aftermarket cooler.
