The G-series are "hand" mice in that you grip them. They are shaped to fit the thumb along the side of the mouse. Movement comes mainly from the wrist.

The same goes for most high-performance mice out there.

Razer's mice are asymmetrical and are "finger" mice. They are made to be held by the fingertips with the hand toward the rear of the mouse. Movement comes mainly from the fingers.

I disagree. The Razer Deathadder handles alot like the Logitech mice. Its very conforming to the right, and is the tallest Razer mouse. It is definitely a palm mouse as opposed to the lachesis or the Dback. I hold the Razer Deathadder is the best all around gaming mouse I've used.
