the intel E5200 im just fine tuning my build lol. i dont wanna spend 100$'s on the Mobo itsself so i was looking in the range of 50$-$100 give or take, if that helps at all

The less you spend on a board the less you'll be able to get in terms of oc'ing potential. I'd look for a p45 board, definitely an asus, msi, dfi, biostar, or gigabyte for manufacturer. You can sometimes get a pretty good board open box for cheap.

open box? and im not planning on doing alot. deffinatly take it from 2.5 ghz to 2.8-3 ghz thats it nothing spectacular

open box is just a board that was bought on newegg, then returned. It isn't a DOA board so you just get it for cheaper. Even so I'd rather have a good solid mobo then a cheap one.

i wouldnt know how to find that ? and these P45's are really expensive
