-Thermaltake Spedo Advance
-E8400
-EVGA nForce 750i mobo
-EVGA GeForce GTX 260 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 GPU
-CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W PSU
-CORSAIR DOMINATOR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)w/fan
-RiDATA NSSD-S25-32-C04MPN 2.5" 32GB SATA II SSD for OS and Certain Programs
-WD Caviar Black 640gb for everything else
-LG dvd drive
-ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler

all built on newegg for a total of $1,119.92

I plan on upgrading to nehelam i7 when it is more affordable, tell me what you think!

My suggestions/choices:

-I would use a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R motherboard (after using this LGA775 board, I look to nothing else, and I used evga 780i/evga 790i/asus 790i/asus x48/asus p45/biostar p45/msi p45)
-Swap the ram for something cheaper such the G-skill set for $40 flat (you do not need the extra memory speed, and memory can take quite the temperature beating)
-Rid the SSD, honestly 32GB ain't worth it even if you are gonna put your OS and games on it (wait for SSDs to become more mainstream, when they do, you will wonder why you ever paid so much for a 32GB drive)
-I dislike the AC Freezer 7 and would rather use a Xigmatek S-1283 (both AC-7s I used are too loud and can't hold load temperatures)

For that much money, if you were willing to spend some more, I would get an i7. I know you are waiting for it to get cheaper, but it's not going to happen anytime soon, and you'll have to buy new mobo/cpu/ram, it will get pretty expensive.
