Monitor Question

Alright Guys.
I'm considering running 3 monitors on my Vostro 200ST tower. I currently run dual as provided with the splitter cable (DVI) from dell + ATI's CCC.

I notice I have a spare S-Video port (See image) and wondered what the deal was with getting this setup.

The card is a modified (from what I can gather) slim version of the 2400XT HD card and features no VGA output.

You can buy s-video to DVI scalers, but one will cost about the same as a decent 17" monitor:

Video to DVI Scaler > Maplin

What about a USB to DVI adaptor?
