fan controller

i just bought this from ebuyer Hiyatek Black Multi Fan Controller - 6x Blue LED Fan Control Knobs - 5.25" Bay - Ebuyer

i have pluged it all in and my cpu fan and th rest of my fans work but they dont seem to be making a speed diffrence??!?!?!

im stuck please help!

Make sure you didnt set it backwards!!

i just took it out of the power plug and just used the small 3 pin one and i have the green fan slowing down and speeding up

just cant do it to the other 2 fans a huge 240mm one on the side panel and a 120 on the front and the cpu fan
