Hi, my name is Raymond and I'm new here.
I need some help here on this problem, but I am not really sure whether it's a hardware or software related issue. But I think it's more likely to be a hardware issue.
My computer crashes or freezes up when it gets the slightest vibration. For example, I push in the keyboard rack alittle too hard such that it shakes the whole table (where my PC is) causing the system to hang. Or when I shift the table for just an inch or two.
My guess is that perhaps one of the components inside the chassis is loose. A similar crash happens when I just pull out my USB mouse without any warning.
Anyway, these are some of my system's info just incase:
Intel Core2 Duo 3.00Ghz
4GB RAM
Geforce 9800GTX
500GB SATA II Harddisk
Windows XP Home
Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thank you!
