Yup. It will suit you well.

Ok thanks for your help :]

I've just seen this on eBay

Sapphire HD 4870 512MB GDDR5 Dual DVI HDCP HDTV out PCI-E Graphics Card - Ebuyer

It's at £36 at the moment and ends tomorrow, shall I try and get that for around £60-70 (if I can!) or is it not as good as the 4670?

EDIT: I'm looking to get a TV card for my pc too, shall I get a separate TV tuner and Graphics card, all shall I get the ATI All in Wonder? Would that be any good to me?

The 4870 is way better than the 4670. And don't get an All in Wonder. If you can get that 4870 for the same cost as the 4670, go for it.

I'm not too learned on TV tuners, but you may want to take a look at this thread here:

I don't think I'll be getting the 4870 now!

I've come across these on my searches

SAPPHIRE X1900 XTX

Radeonâ„¢ X1950 Series - GPU Specifications

I may be able to get a good deal on them, are they any good? Or should I still go for the 4670?

Thanks for all your help btw :]

the 4670 is faster than the x1900 series, plus it uses way less power.

If there's a £1 difference between the 512MB and 1GB 4670, you may as well go for the 1GB version

However, the 4870 is a much better card still.

Old thread is old. The auction was ending on the day the OP posted...this steve person brought it to life again...
