I would not recommend going for a laptop, I got a laptop a while ago and they are not really that great..at all. Desktops are portable too you know? Unless you are a businessman or plan on like listening to music in your car on your laptop, I would recommend building a desktop. Laptops are severely underclocked and still overheat as their is no room for fans/cooling.
