You definitely will need rum. I suggest Mount Gay. It should drop your cpu temps.

As for other items your motherboard and case will have everything you need. You might want some zip ties for cable management but aside from that you are ready to go.
 
I ordered the build listed...would it be a good idea to switch out the MOBO and RAM for these two different ones? I know more money, but everything is still compatible right? and this new board is reliable? thank you for thoughts.

Done get that mobo and RAM. There's almost no point to buying DDR3 RAM unless you absolutely have to, and in this case, you really don't. You won't see much of an increase in speed with that stuff.

Besides, if you get that you void the combo, and you end up shelling out an extra 100 bucks for nothing. Not worth it, especially in a non gaming machine.
