Weakness of my PC

I have a Compaq Presario SR1020NX with:

Intel Celeron 2.8 GHz
Not sure what mobo, came with it
1024 MB of DDR RAM
Soon to be either GeForce 5700LE or Radeon 9600SE (have to keep it under $250 Canadian)
Not to concerned about my sound card

What I'm trying to do now is to optimize my computers performance. what features should I upgrade? I need mid-range lower priced parts.

OK, you allready have every mid-range part one could imagine accept the Video, and the CPU. You should just upgrade whenever you're ready to dish out at least $1000..."

250 can $ is 190 us dallars, u can get a rad 9800pro for that price... like 10$ more for sapphire rad 9800 pro.
1 gb ram is fine.
