With the recent builds I've done for relatives and friends, I sold the PS3 and some other things on Ebay and am building myself a new PC. How does this build look? I looked at previous threads and went from there for choosing the parts.

Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz 6MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops

Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TForce TP43D2A7 LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards - Should I go with the P45 instead?

Newegg.com - Thermaltake SopranoRS VG7000BWS Black SECC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases - Always have liked the Soprano, not sold on it though.

Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-1150-TR GeForce GTS 250 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Power Supplies

Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic SP1 64-bit for System Builders - Operating Systems

Don't get Home Basic, get Home Premium.

The build looks ok. You don't need that large of a PSU though.

Well between those two, go with the 650. I was thinking the 450 would be better, but if you are planning to upgrade to something beastly later, then the 650 would be better.

Some P45 options, prices after MIRs if applicable:

$80 Biostar: Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TForce TP45HP LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

$99 Gigabyte: Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

$105 Asus: Newegg.com - ASUS P5Q Pro LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

There are other P45 boards on newegg.com around the sub $100 mark, I've had good experiences with the above ones. The Biostar and Asus have 2 PCI-e slots.
