That's a really nasty PSU.
Good choices on mobo+CPU.

I use Scan often, let me do a quick build on there (gimme a minute).

Much better. I didn't look at the motherboard, I just put in the same one you mentioned. You'll have to add on about a tenner for a different PSU, since I only now just noticed that that one's on pre-order. Most of that is on special deals so I'll give you the links for them if that looks ok to you (the links are different for the stuff on sale).

Read your previous thread that you posted, where you were suggested that cpu and mobo. I doubt that anyone would suggest you incompatible parts on purpose.

yes that mobo is diffrent the link kmote give me doesnt work no more so ill have to find another motherboard somehow

and like i said this build ISNT for me its for my freind nick hes planning on upgradeing as he cant play a game in high detail that me and him play

could you post the link to that psu for me please? :]

I'll just give you the links for everything:
320 GB Seagate ST3320613AS Barracuda 7200.10, SATA 3Gb/s, 7200 rpm, 16MB Cache, 8.5 ms, NCQ - Scan.co.uk

450W Corsair CMPSU-450HXUK, Modular, Sli, ATX, EPS12V PS/2, 20/24 pin, 5 year Warranty - Scan.co.uk - Only problem is that that's £70. Someone else could probably find something better. Still, it's hard to beat modular, good quality and a 5-year warranty.

Case - https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/Shop/AddToBasket.aspx?WebProductId=986110

Motherboard - https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/Shop/AddToBasket.aspx?WebProductId=986328
But I can't vouch for that motherboard, like I said I just added the one you already had in there.

Optical drive - https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/Shop/AddToBasket.aspx?WebProductId=986393

CPU - https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/Shop/AddToBasket.aspx?WebProductId=986535

Final price, about £320.

One question, though... what about GPU?

Your friend is better going with 800-RAM, it's cheaper by about £10 and not any slower in the real world. For example, the RAM I said!

ive lost all the links to the build kmote give me i need the same mobo as he referd me to as it was in my budget and i think my freind is gonna go with this build
