Looking for the file name for Windows 7 64-bit please!

I downloaded the Beta Windows 7 64-bit last month. Microsoft sent me the product key, but I got too busy and did not install it. I would like to install it now, but I cannot remember which file it is in my download folder. Can someone please help me?
