The beeps have a meaning if you know what type of bios you have you can look on the internet to find out what the beeps mean.It could be many things. You could try to unplug all the ram sticks and cards 1 at a time and reseat them.That has worked for me a few times.But make sure you ground yourself first.You dont want static electricity to fry anything.Just lay your hand on the metal case before you touch anything.

have you touched anything inside the case? Is the fan connected? If you can, go into the setup and check the CPU temp.
it may just be that the OS is screwed up and you need to format
its hard to know what those types of problems are.

If his OS was "screwed" (Files corrupt, Missing, Ect ect) post wouldn't give beeps. Its a hardware problem.

I'd check your CPU, PSU, and Memory.
