The clean light is on. It used to go away after putting in a cleaning tape for a few minutes. Now it is constantly on and the cleaning tape will stay in there for hours and hours.
It doesn't pop out automatically like before, after a few minutes.
Do I just need a new cleaning tape? Thanks!
