Ok I have never come across this problem before. I just reformated into RAID 0, loaded windows xp, installed the newest ATI Catalyst drivers for 9800xt. Everything is working fine, however when i try to load up a game like Far Cry or Battlefield it freezes for a bit thin the loading bar moves and it freezes. It will load if you give it long enough. However, during the game it will freeze and eventually crash to a blue screen.
I had to reformat cause I was in RAID 1 and having all kinds on problems with my array and onboard controller. This time I have my RAID controlled by set to onchip and the VIA drivers installed. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Or maybe its my GPU locking up. Any ideas??? Thanks
