K8V SE Deluxe + HD sata troubles

carte mère ASUS K8V SE Deluxe
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ (HT 800), Clawhammer, socket 754
DD 120 GB, Samsung SATA150
DDR Dimm 512 MB, PC-400/3200

hi all,

i have just installed the above mentioned items and would install windows xp home

i have configure the bios as :

1st boot cd-rom
2nd boot HD
3rd boot floppy

i have insert window xp home,

and when i boot the pc i have the following message :

" No drive attached to FastTrack controler - the bios is not installed"

then the windows xp cd is ejected (even with asus mobo cd)

then the following message

" reboot and select proper boot device or Insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

i have verified all the connections, i have flash the bios with the latest asus version without troubles, except changes in the boot sequence, all settings are by default.

what can i do?!?
if anyone could help me!
