lcd monitor/tv [ASAP]

i need to buy a gift for my brother. so i was thinking maybe getting him an widescreen lcd monitor for his computer, but i also want it to be a tv... so hes gonna be using it as a monitor, tv, and to play his ps2
any suggestions? no more than $250

If you want a monitor to double as a TV you'll need a tv tuner in the PC.

I refuse to recommend any TV brand that could meet the $250 limit on a 19" TV.

Then you'll need an adapter for the PS2 because it only has composite cables if I remember correctly... not sure what's out there for that.
