I Have a HP pavilion a1710n and i recently upgraded my case. When i did so i had to un hook the fan in the back of the case that was hooked up to the motherboard using a 3pin fan connector which was hooked to the system fan hookup. My new case now has a fan in the back that uses a 4pin molex connector. So now i have nothing hooked up to my motherboard. When i boot my computer it gives me a system fan error and wants me to press F2 every time to bypass the error. Is there any way to turn this off?

Go into the BIOS and look for an option of 'halt on all errors' or something similar. This is where you can change that error message to not stop the system from booting unless it is a critical error.
