Quick Noob Question Regarding Fan

I just built my first PC from spare parts from 3 different old computers!

Everything starts up pretty well. Its just that I was wondering which way should I turn the computer fan. Do I want it so that the fan is blowing cold air through the vent to the inside of the computer? OR do I want it so that the fan is blowing air out to the vent from the computer?

Again its either AIR to the computer, or air out of the computer? Which one?

either work well, since you cant have air being pulled in indefinitely without air coming out and vice versa. go for whatever floats your boat, neither will make a dramatic difference since either air will come in from elsewhere (other holes in the case) or air will go out of those if you get it to suck air in...

How many case fans are there in total (including the PSU fan)? Have you just got one PSU fan (exhaust) and one case fan? Also, where is this fan located - back or front?

Personally, on a computer with a PSU exhuast fan and one case fan, I would put the case fan at the back of the chassis expelling air. That way, both the PSU fan and case fan are pulling air through the case and out of the rear.
