TV Card Not Resuming From Vista Sleep

I have a Pinnacle Dual Hybrid Pro Pci-E and whenever i resume from vista sleep the tuners do not resume properly. When i try to view live TV in Windows Media Center it just comes up with 'No TV Signal' and before it works i have to set a record and then change the channel while viewing that recorded program(and that doesn't always work, so i have to reinstall the card). Its not the card because I recently bought another one and it does the same thing. I think its something to do with the hardware conflicts so i bought a new motherboard and it still doesn't work. I'm not sure so any help would be greatly appreciated even if it doesn't work i might as well try something.

Windows Vista Home Premium 32-Bit
Motherboard=Asus M2N-SLI
Processor=AMD Athlon 64 Dual Core 4000+
Graphics Card=Nvidia 9600 GT
TV Card=Pinnacle Dual Hybrid Pro Pci-E

Try and just rescan for channels, Had the same problems here once .. rescanned the channels and its worked fine, Keep me posted.

Ive installed some cracked drivers and its working fine now thnx for the help.
