play cod WAW with a ps3?

i just got WAW with my gfx card. can i play zombies with my cousin who has it for ps3?

I know it's cross-platform with 360+PS3, not sure about PC. Just try and see if you can.

Edit: However there is a few games that you can game on with your PC or Xbox and the MP environment is a mix of both users. One of those games is Shadow Run
