My birthday last November. I weigh 348. I gained a lot of weight in 2000 after I hurt my back (70+ pounds) an in 2005 when i broke my leg (30+ pounds)
Me, 2 weeks ago at the Cincinnati jazz festival (314 pounds). I met Chad Johnson of the Bengals. I've lost 34 pounds doing liver flushes and fasting from meat. I eat meat on the weekends now. my wife is pictured too. I want to get back to 250 ideally.
