Last summer I got a HDD from a customer after making a 4 hour repair on her gateway system.
She gave me about 50 dollars for payment and her old western digital 80gb hdd.
I hooked it up to my computer and upon boot up, bios said her NTSF partition was messed up and coudn't load her xp system....
I got my xp disk and ran setup upon finish installing the drivers for setup, the xp installation said there was no HDD detected and forced me to reboot...
Does anyone know if system mechanic 8 dos can find her hdd point out the problems and tell me if it can make repairs or any other dos suite can do this ?
