Motherboard Fried, looking for replacement

my trusty 680i just died last week, can't RMA since bought used, any suggestions? my price range is $100~200, LGA775, either DDR2, and DDR3 memory compatible if it's a good deal. Probably will be going SLi once I find another XFX GTX260 XXX edition, so SLi would be a plus, not a must though. Shoot guys

P.S. This combo is my primary choice right now, and will probably order once the add to cart button starts working again unless convinced otherwise

The combo I linked to is the 790i FTW with 4 gigs of DDR3 1866 Ram.

combo looks good. that is a very good price.

the only thing is the timings are a little wacked off and i have never heard of that brand of ram.

Ya, I me neither, I did a little bit of research and it seems that they produce pretty good ram, quality wise, but the reviews all say that no matter how much voltage they put in, it won't lower the timings at all.
