3/4 OD tube Case Mod / Radiator Position

Alright I just got a bunch of my WC'ing stuff in... and I was curious about two things...

1. I believe I'm going to have to drill holes in my TT to allow clearance for the 3/4 OD tubing... if I wanted to do this + a grommet... do I want to use just a 3/4 inch drill bit and 3/4 inch grommet? or does it need to be bigger?

2. Also, is it okay to mount the radiator in such a fashion, that the RAD holes are at the top instead of the bottom, does that effect performance at all?

Usually the rubber grommets your going to want are for a 1" hole. Home depot carries a 1" hole saw with built in arbor for under 10 bucks. It's designed for wood, but should be able to make a few cuts in metal without much trouble.

Petras carries the rubber grommets.

And yes it is just find to mount the rad with the inlet and outlet on the top end. Just might take some shifting of the case when filling to work the air out.
