Need help adding fans to case.

On my Mobo I only see one 3pin that has cpu fan wrote on the mobo beside it. (Which the cpu fan is hooked up to)

Now I want to buy a case fan and gpu fan, but I don't know if I have the connectors for them....there are these two four pin connector things near the pci-e slots, but I don't know if that is for hooking a fan into or what.
