Noob at OCing a Q8200

#1 & #2 stopped because of an error
#3 & #4 Ran fine for 5 hrs without problems..

Can anyone tell me whats wrong??

OK... I don't get this OC I raised my volt up to 1.365 and I am still getting problems with prime95. I got my FSB set to 433 volts on 1.365 memory 1:1 ratio or close to that and everything else is on auto.

HERE IS SOMETHING I'VE RESEARCHED... Some guy did 475 FSP With same CPU volts under 1.3 and it was stable for hours.... What am I doing wrong? Ohh yeah when I tried to do 475 fsb my windows would boot and streight to bluescreen. How is he doing it without problems???

Not all cpu's and motehrboards oc the same so just becase one person was able to get a certain oc dosn't mean you will.

Try setting the correct voltage for you ram manually, I have had problems with auto undervolting it before. Also you may want rasie your northbridge voltage one notch.

Good solid advice. Vcore is not the only variable when it comes to overclocking.
