I cant decide between quad or core 2.
I will be doing a lot of gaming, Cod4, crysis, left 4 dead and such.
I need a case, psu, gpu,cpu,ram,mobo, optical and hdd. My budget is $600.

What would you recommend?
I was thinking the e8400... but then I thought about quad too your thoughts?

Those are good choices too . They'll work just fine. Keep in mind though, for the same price, the PC Power & Cooling I suggested has more watts and a extra PCI-E connector.
