Yes that will work, as it's the same one that the Crucial site recommended.

yup it'll work.. Crucial makes good RAM.. 2 biggest performance increasing upgrades are RAM and Video card. I better inexpensive card would probably pay also. Just be aware also how much upgrading you do as it becomes money that could be saved for a better system.
