You can access the fsb settings. Enter the bios on boot and go to the advanced tab and it should let you change cpu settings.

if i overclocked it what would it go to? and how do i put it back to normal?

and one more thing can i upgrade the CPU on this mobo?

so its a 3.4GHZ duo core?

No its 478 pin you can only use pentium 4's on it and your ram would be you limitation before the cpu. The cpu you currently have can properly overclock to 2.6-2.8ghz but you will need to keep an eye on temps. These are the cpu's your motherboard supports

Yes so with a decent cooler and a 2.8ghz chip you should get a decent 3.2-3.4ghz clock speed. Its not really worth investing in such an old machine though.

could you have a look around for me please as i dont know what im looking for really

i cant use newegg.com as it will cost to much for shipping so it needs to be on a uk site

Save up your money and stick to what you currently have give it a year and that £100 will turn into £400 then may be able to get a build designed
