I don't think we had an area for saying anything about excellent service so i put this in here because it does apply to hardware other.
I purchased and EVGA GTX260 as some folks know.
When i recieved the box it had no Far Cry 2 game in it as the advertisement showed from Newegg so i called Newegg, they told me can't help ya call EVGA.
So i called and spoke to someone and they had me email a copy of my reciept never heard another word back, and lo and behold today i recieve a brand new game in the box.
no hastles, no headaches, no triplecet forms or being handed off to someone else.
now i gotta tell ya that fealt pretty good.
