evga 750i FTW multiplier problem

Hello,

Like the title says, I have a problem with my multiplier being locked at 6x. I have a Q6600 which should be at 9x right? I have never had this problem before, it just started out of the blue. I had it overclocked to 1334 fsb which gave it only 3.0ghz, nothing crazy. Now when it boots up it goes to 1.6 ghz even after i go into bios and change it to 1334 fsb and 9x multi. any ideas?
