Cpu Heatsink/fan

I have a xp 3000+ with 333 fsb. i want to overclock it but have crappy stock cooling. i need a new heatsink/fan which i know already but i dont really know what to get. the only thing i dont know crap about is heatsink/fans someone help?

I would stick with the Thermaltake Volcano 12. It is the most effective in its price range.

nice heat sinks guess it also depends on what other cooling you have in the case. some of the hotest running systems now use copper heat pipes, funky looking at that. let me find this other thread I posted in, gives you many of the ins and outs of how they work to get you a better idea... ill edit this soon for ya

i realize that. and it makes sense... the copper pushes the heat out faster then the other crappy heatsinks which then makes the case temp warmer the nit should be...... well i plan on getting new side fans and another fan behind the cpu but once again its nto that i dont know about the cooling process its about what cooling units are worth buying.... i dont want to buy a POS fan that has good reviews and have it do nothing for me at all..
