OK i took some Tylenol and does anyone have any other idea's as far as the
MSI X58 Plat BIOS not accepting my changes to my RAM settings.?
checked spec's, changed settings, F-10 no dice still 1066. can't get 1333 and its supported. BIOS Ver up to date. this can't be this hard to do.
what am i missing. might have to change my Sig to DDR3 1066 lol
I gave it 6 hours of effort.
moved to hardware help.

when you change the settings make sure the timings are set if you can set them.

I changed them from 8-8-8-19 that they are at now at 1066
to 9-9-9-24 and 1.5 V as specified by Mushkin it made no difference I am baffled.

what bios version are you using?

3.0 i believe it was 11-11-08 i remember.

Was the BIOS TY for some reason the one i looked at that was newer said Beta and I was not to keen on running it.
Apparently theres a bug where the frequency could not be changed and along with the
9-9-9-24 and 1.5V the frequency had to be manually changed.
