machine_check_exception who's fault?

couldnt find any info on search, so i decided to post here...
Im having serious problems with my pc, heres specs:

i had 1 problem about a month, my pc doesnt turn on at first, i have to turn it on and then off to make it start correctly, because it looks like its turn on, but monitor goes to sleep and nothing works... but recently i got bigger error, i was checking power supply wires etc... and now everytime i turn it on i get message on blue screen:

MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION
STOP 0X0000009C (0X00000004,0X8054E5F0,0XB2000010,0X000100C0F)

i tried to search all the internet but couldnt find what could make it happend, as far as i know its hardware error. So im not sure what should i change motherboard or video card. Can some1 help me pls? i also got mini dumps in flash drive i can post them if needed, im desperate...

Forgot to mention that i can boot comp in safe mode. also i tried about 10 times and it sometimes boots normally in normal mode, but as soon as it finishes loading it crashes again...

Probably be a good idea to contact the vendor / vendors and send em the code see what feed back you get.

dunno if this will help at all.
It could be a number of things many of those codes are able to be deciphered by the CPU manufacturer accoring to this.

well i tried a lot but no good use... that mcat just dont works for me, it doesnt do any good... its interesting, i am able to boot my system but it always crashes.. so im thinking that it could posibly be my motherboard... also i thought if any1 here could look at my mini dump files? or is there another way to decide is this video card or motherboard?

Bug Check 0x9C: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

0X04 shows that there is a Firmware issue. So do you have a Firmware update for your Optical Drives you could do or a BIOS update that can be done.

i couldnt turn it on again, monitor keeps sleeping... sometimes i think its video card but sometimes it looks like mb... well i try to update bios now

well i updated bios to the latest version and thought it fixed problem, BUT it worked like 10mins and same thing again.... just it runs now little longer than before, but problem still is.... Can u suggest anything? at least how to find out what should i repair, should i get new motherboard, or video card... to me it looks that video card is responsible for that stupid thing, that when i turn on pc my monitor doesnt wake up.. i must reboot many times till it starts to work... but that machine check exception shouldnt be coused by video card.. or do i thing wrong?

Anyway you can test this with a different cideo card? Maybe onboard video?

i tried to boot comp without video card, but it still keeps restarting, i know that from sound and keyboard flashes... so i quess its motheboard, that needs to be replaced
