USB Problem

I have a Behringer BCD2000. I have several usb devices plugged in i.e. mouse keyboard webcam printer and headphones. When i plug in my usb mixer i get the error to say that there is not enough usb bandwidth for the device. Its trying to draw 78% which apparently is normal. If i get a PCI or PCI-E usb card, will this stop the device drawing all the bandwidth from the motherboard???? When i use it with my laptop which has nothing plugged in it works fine.....but of course i want it on my desktop because of speakers n all

Yes it should. PCI slots draw their own power, so it shouldn't count against the draw of the USB hub on the MB.
