The 4850x2 is quite a bit faster so I would get it.

The Biostar i45 is a excellent 775 board.

I'll go with the GTX 260 so I can step-up when NVIDIA release the new GPUs and I don't have to worry about all the problems with Crossfire.



I don't think it will be worth it since I am keeping this build for 2 months better spend 1/3 of my budget than all of it and NVIDIA is releasing the GT212 next quarter.

Should I get another fan holder for the Thermalright Ultra120 eXtreme?

If you play the waiting game forever your never going to have a rig.

You just gotta jump on the bandwagon at some point.

Anyone know where I can buy the Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme LGA 775 and TX-2?

What other thermal compound is as good as the TX-2?

You have a 3000$ budget and your going with a E8400?
And a GTX260?

You can build a Core i7 build with SLI GTX295 and full water cooling with 2TB of space.
Just wondering?
