I am looking to spend around $700 on a gaming system. Would maybe slide up to $800.

I have x2 WD Caviar Green 1tb drives in my current system, I would like to bring them with, and have them be secondary drives to a raptor perhaps?
(I would therefore have 3 hdds)

Does anyone have any reccomendations for RAID'n two 1tb drives with a raptor?

I am also interested in a motherboard that can be overclocked. . .

if someone reccomends a slick system I guarantee I'll purchase!

Does the budget include the OS? And are you looking for $700-$800 before rebate or is after ok?
I personally wouldn't get a raptor. I've never used one but the price premium just doesn't seem worth it to me. But a build without a OS and extra hdd...

I plan on using an the Windows XP OS that I all ready have. . .

I am mainly going to be using this system for gaming/data storage . . .

Salty, he shouldn't use the power supply that comes with that Raidmax case. No offense but I think that case is hideous :p.
