Sorry to Hijack this thread but... I did the "EventVwr.msc" and it appears I have a few of the exclamation points as well as red x's what does this mean? Any help appreciated. I have noticed a considerable lag with my system lately as well.

You'd have to open up the event logs and read them. We can't tell you what they mean; just means your system logged errors and warnings.
