16ms isn't bad for a 57" monitor.... It isn't meant for gaming.. it's meant for business use I'm sure or home theater setups where response times mean basically nothing.
That's how much Q6600s were four months ago, on every site I visited. Scan.co.uk periodically have them for £130 in their Today Only section (incidentally that's where I got my entire build, excluding the case I got last month).
The entire build in my sig cost £640, though the case was £100 and like I said, bought afterwards, so £540.
Surely that's XFX's fault, not Scan's; though obviously Scan could've handled stuff better.
Still, I've bought stuff from them for years, never had a problem with them
Edit: Ah, now I've read the entire thing, I guess Scan is to blame there
