if your just doing this for fun, then you should reverse a vacuum, make a shroud, and have it blowing on the reserator, it would be **** good at removing heat. You could take out the crap and plastic on the vacuum and make it fairly small, but it would be Very Very loud lol.

You can much reduce the volume of a vacuum by using a fan for a pc you can even do it with cyclone filter vacuums.
