This is all I'm getting, as I have a hard drive, optical drives, monitor, keyboard, and mouse from my previous/current computer.

With mail in rebates and promo codes, this turns out to be $283.

Any suggestions or possible problems you guys see?

Is 380W enough for my machine as is, or even if I upgrade the card a little?

The ea380 is plenty of power for your system.

If you plan on gaming this HD 4670 is significantly better than a 9500gt.
